When one of the nation’s top safari park operators needed to unify its brand and boost visibility across three wildlife parks, Parks! America turned to AMG to lead the charge.
We rolled out fresh branding for each of Parks! America’s wildlife parks, each similar in look but distinct in identity, launched modern websites, and produced vibrant photo and video content on location. We also created a new Parks! America corporate site and logo to unify the brand at a national level. With targeted ads and strategic consultation, AMG helped Parks! America increase revenue and carve out a stronger national presence in the wildlife tourism space.

CONSULTING
When Parks! America partnered with Audience Media Group, we traveled to each of their park locations in person. We observed how each park was operated, everything from guest experience and animal visibility to signage and layout flow. After our visits, we developed a detailed, multi-faceted consulting plan tailored to their operations. This included pricing adjustments, visual branding recommendations, animal suggestions, layout improvements, updated signage, and ideas for high-margin add-ons to boost revenue. We also provided guidance on optimizing ticketing structures, recommending bundled packages, upsell opportunities, and streamlined online purchase flows designed to increase average order value and drive advanced ticket sales. Our goal was to help Parks! America not just grow, but evolve into a stronger, more profitable destination.
